The term golden age of television? is thrown around a lot in reference to the shows of the 1950s (many of them done live), but in my humble opinion, were really in the golden age right now. Shows like Mad Men, The Wire and The Sopranos are proof that television is allowing itself to be smarter

Celine Dion is responsible for the world’s worst cover version, a poll of music experts has decided. The Canadian star’s rendition of the AC/DC track You Shook Me All Night Long was given the dubious honour in the Total Guitar magazine survey. Editor Stephen Lawson said Dion’s cover was “sacrilege”.
